This company ROBBED ME BLIND!!!!!! They installed a defective product in my house that malfunctioned from the beginneing and annoyed the poor police to no end! I asked repeadly for someone to come repair it. The technicians were clueless and were never able to fix the system despite multiple attempts. I called the owner, John LOud, and asked for help and he told me to go figure it out myself on an internet manual! When we finally called to ask them to just shut the system off they tried to talk us out of it and they continued to bill us for an entire year despite the fact that they knew the system was defective and they were unwilling to repair it. Did I mention that they chraged me EXTRA to send a "technician" to my house? When I called to complain that they were still billing me a full year later they said they had every right to because I had not submitted an officia, request in writing the YEAR BEFORE when I asked for it to be turned off. Now they say they will charge me for an additional FIVE months because I am still "under contract" because it automatically renews every year even if you sk them to STOP! Report these guys to the BBB and the Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs so they will stop scamming people!
